A credit check is conducted prior to signing the contract. For applicants without a Swedish personal number, a copy of their passport and a deposit equivalent to one month's rent are required. The apartment is rented as-is, with no viewings conducted; instead, prospective tenants should rely on photos, floor plans, and descriptions. It should be noted that images in the advertisement may be AI-generated and could differ slightly from the actual apartment, and the floor plan might not exactly match reality.
