To qualify for student accommodation with us, you need to be enrolled in full-time studies amounting to at least 15 credits and attending LTU or YH in Luleå specifically; studies at other locations do not meet the requirement. Each student apartment is designed for single occupancy only.

Unfortunately, there is no possibility to arrange a viewing of the student apartments located at Porsögården.

It is essential that you upload your admission letter or study certificate confirming 15 credits on your account at Hyresvärd. Additionally, you must respond with either YES or NO through the "My pages" section.

The student rooms measure approximately 22 square meters and come furnished. They include a kitchenette with a fridge, as well as a bathroom with a toilet and shower. The monthly rent covers heating, water, household electricity, internet service provided by Lunet with speeds of 100 Mbit, and Com Hem's basic television package.

Shared facilities within the corridor include a communal living area with a kitchen for tenants to use collectively.
