This well-organized and functional residence is designed specifically for students. Situated close to natural surroundings yet within convenient reach of the city center, the location offers easy access to bus routes, nearby preschools and schools, restaurants, and grocery stores. The property lies approximately 500 meters from the vibrant university area.

Each student room measures around 22 square meters and comes fully furnished. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, refrigerator, and a bathroom with a shower. A shared lounge with kitchen facilities is available in the corridor. Parking spaces are accessible in the vicinity and can be reserved through the landlord's website, where a queue system is in place. Any parking agreements are arranged separately from the rental contract.

These student apartments are rented on 10-month leases. Additionally, laundry facilities can be found in a nearby building. Utilities such as heating and water are included in the rent, along with basic TV services from Com Hem and internet provision through the landlord's broadband service offering 100 Mbps speeds.

To qualify for housing here, applicants must be enrolled in full-time studies (at least 15 credits) at either LTU or YH in Luleå exclusively, not at any other location. Only one occupant is allowed per apartment. It is important to upload your admission letter or study certificate confirming the 15-credit requirement to your account on the landlord's web portal and to respond with acceptance or decline via the "My Pages" section.
