• We are a retired couple, living in a house, and letting out our downstairs.
• As a tenant you have a big room, 18 squaremeters, of your own.
• You share entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, shower and WC with two other quiet nice men who usually leave early and return late.
•Each room has its own key.
• Free parking in the neighbourhood.
• You clean your own room.
We, as landlords, clean the other areas once a week.
• Electricity, water, and internet are included in the rent. No other fees.
• Wash-machine and tumble dryer.
• If you wish to we can supply linens plus washing for an additional fee.
• ONLY FOR NON-SMOKERS.
• NO PETS allowed.
