Requirements set by the landlord for prospective tenants are as follows: Applicants must have no records of payment defaults and demonstrate a stable and continuous source of income. The gross income should amount to at least four times the annual rent. Positive references regarding previous or current primary tenancy agreements are required, or alternatively, a secondary tenancy agreement approved by the landlord.

The number of individuals residing in the household must reasonably correspond to the size of the apartment. Either the applicant or an authorized representative is expected to attend the apartment viewing in order to accept an offered unit. In cases where the applicant currently holds a residence, a terminated lease agreement or sale documentation for a house or condominium must be provided before a new lease can be signed.
