The landlord has specific criteria for prospective tenants. The apartment will be available from November 1st, though earlier occupancy may be possible if the new tenant wishes to move in sooner.

Applicants must have no records of payment defaults and demonstrate a stable, ongoing income. The gross income is required to be at least four times the annual rent. Positive rental references are needed, either from current or previous primary lease agreements or from subleases approved by the landlord.

The number of people living in the household must correspond reasonably to the size of the apartment. To accept an assigned property, the applicant or an authorized representative must have attended the apartment viewing. If the applicant currently holds a residence, a terminated rental agreement or sale documentation of a house or condominium must be presented before signing a new rental contract.
