The apartment is situated on the first floor within the Dobben 1 block in the heart of Haparanda. Residents have access to a carport for parking convenience. There is a well-maintained sauna and relaxation area available exclusively for tenants.

Prior to signing any lease agreements, we conduct credit checks on all potential renters. Once the apartment listing has been removed from the website, we invite five applicants to a viewing via SMS. After the viewing, applicants notify us if they wish to rent the unit. We then inform the successful candidate by phone and notify others who expressed interest but were not selected via SMS. This entire procedure may take up to 14 days.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have no outstanding payment defaults. A stable, permanent employment (income from employment) verified with solid documentation is mandatory, with at least seven months of employment history. Good references from previous residences and consideration as a respectful neighbor are required. The applicant's annual income must be no less than 4.5 times the yearly rent. The number of residents should be reasonable in relation to the apartment's size. The tenant must register this apartment as their primary residence.
