Apartment on Thulegatan in Kiruna

The apartment is situated in the building known as Rosenroten 2. Interested parties are requested to submit an expression of interest, after which we will reach out if a viewing becomes relevant. We reserve the right to select tenants at our sole discretion. Prior to signing the contract, we conduct a credit check on all prospective tenants.

Once the apartment is removed from the website, five applicants will be invited to a viewing via SMS. Following the viewing, applicants must inform us if they wish to proceed with the rental. We will then contact the successful tenant by phone, while those who expressed interest but were not selected will be notified through SMS. This entire procedure can take up to 14 days.

Rental policy requirements include that applicants must be at least 18 years old and have no payment defaults. Employment must be permanent or indefinite, with proof of stable income from work, documented for a minimum of seven months. Applicants should have positive references from previous housing situations and be considered good neighbors. An annual income at least 4.5 times the yearly rent is required. The number of occupants must be reasonable relative to the apartment's size. The apartment is intended to serve as the tenant's primary residence, and the tenant must be registered as living at the address.
