About the room and housing

The living space measures 20 square meters and is positioned on the first floor of a building with elevator access. It benefits from a private bathroom containing a shower and toilet, providing an ideal balance between independence and community living.

The room comes furnished and includes the following items:

a bed frame, a chest of drawers, a bookshelf, and a desk with a chair.

You share the kitchen and living room with five other students in the corridor. Within the kitchen, the refrigerator is communal, but each resident is assigned a personal cabinet for dry goods. Kitchen utensils are provided, though the selection may differ between corridors. Additional storage is also available in the corridor's storage area.

Included in the rent

Heating, electricity for household use, as well as hot and cold water are covered by the rent.

Internet is not part of the rent; however, a fiber connection is installed and tenants arrange their own subscription. Parking spaces can be applied for through the website.

Rent is waived during the months of June and July. Only one occupant per room is permitted.
