Rental eligibility requires individuals to be at least 18 years old and currently enrolled students with a valid acceptance letter. A credit check is conducted prior to contract signing. Applicants without a Swedish personal ID must supply a passport copy and pay a deposit equivalent to one month's rent. Viewings are not conducted; instead, potential tenants are encouraged to assess the apartment using the photographs, floor plan, and description provided.
