The apartment accommodates a maximum of two residents. To rent, applicants must be at least 18 years old and enrolled students with a valid admission letter. Credit checks are conducted prior to signing the contract. Those without a Swedish personal identification number must provide a passport copy and pay a deposit equivalent to one month's rent. Viewings are not conducted; assessment is based on pictures, floor plans, and descriptions.
