Requirements set by the landlord for prospective tenants are as follows:

Applicants must have no records of payment defaults. A stable and continuous source of income is mandatory, with gross earnings amounting to at least four times the annual rent. Positive housing references are required from either current or previous primary lease agreements, or alternatively from secondary leases that have been approved by the landlord. The number of individuals living in the household must be reasonably proportionate to the size of the apartment. Either the applicant or an authorized representative must have attended the apartment viewing in order to accept an offered rental unit. If the applicant currently occupies a residence, a termination notice for the existing lease or a sales agreement for a house or condominium must be presented before signing a new contract.
