In the kitchen, there is a shared refrigerator as well as a personal dry goods cupboard. Kitchen utensils and equipment vary between different corridors.

Rent covers electricity, heating, as well as hot and cold water. Fiber-optic internet is installed, but tenants arrange their own internet subscription. Storage space is available in the hallway, and parking spaces can be applied for via the property's website. There is no rent charged for the months of June and July.
