The apartment is situated on the first floor within the Anden 8 block in Haparanda. Interested parties are encouraged to submit an application of interest, after which we will reach out if a viewing becomes available. We reserve the right to select tenants at our discretion and conduct credit checks on all applicants prior to signing any lease agreement. Once the listing is removed from the website, we invite five candidates to view the property via SMS notification. After the viewing, applicants must inform us if they wish to rent the apartment. The successful tenant will be contacted by phone, while other applicants who expressed interest but were not chosen will be notified by SMS. This entire procedure may take up to 14 days.

Regarding our rental policy, applicants must be at least 18 years old and free of any payment defaults. They are required to have permanent employment with documented income from work, having been employed for a minimum of seven months. Applicants should provide positive references from previous housing and demonstrate good neighborly conduct. The annual income must be at least 4.5 times the yearly rent, and the number of occupants should reasonably correspond to the size of the apartment. The rental is intended as the primary residence for the tenant, and the tenant must be registered at the address.
