Once this listing is removed from the website, we invite five applicants to a viewing via SMS. Following the appointment, interested parties must notify us if they wish to proceed. We then contact the successful applicant by phone, while others who expressed interest but were unsuccessful are informed via SMS. This entire procedure may take up to two weeks.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have no negative credit entries. A permanent employment contract demonstrating earned income (with documentation of at least seven months' work) is mandatory. References from previous residences are required, confirming the applicant as a responsible neighbor. The applicant's annual income must be no less than 4.5 times the yearly rent. The number of occupants must be suitable for the size of the apartment. The tenancy is intended to serve as the primary residence, and the tenant must be registered at the property's address.
