The apartment is situated on the second floor within the Riddaren 4 block in Haparanda. Residents have access to a carport, and the building is equipped with an elevator. To express interest, please submit an application to us; we will reach out to you if a viewing becomes relevant. We reserve the right to select tenants at our discretion and conduct credit checks on all applicants prior to signing any lease agreements.

Once the listing is removed from the website, we invite five applicants to a viewing via SMS. After the visit, applicants are asked to inform us if they wish to proceed with renting the apartment. Subsequently, the successful applicant will be notified by phone, while those who were interested but not selected receive a message by SMS. This entire procedure may take up to two weeks.

Rental policy requires applicants to be at least 18 years old, have no outstanding payment defaults, and hold permanent employment supported by verified documentation showing at least seven months of continuous work. Applicants should have positive references from previous landlords and demonstrate good neighborly conduct. An annual income of at least 4.5 times the yearly rent is mandatory. The number of occupants must reasonably correspond to the apartment's size. The apartment must serve as the tenant's primary residence, and the tenant needs to be officially registered at the address.
