New tenants are granted the option to have the walls in the hallway, bedroom, and living room papered again after moving in, allowing for some personalization. Access to the balcony is directly from the living room. Both the bedroom and hallway offer ample storage space. There is also the possibility to install a washing machine if desired.

In an effort to reduce residential segregation in Linköping, rental agreements in the districts of Berga, Ryd, and Skäggetorp are exclusively offered to individuals with their own income. Income from CSN student grants or pensions is also considered valid proof of income.
