The landlord's requirements for prospective tenants are as follows:

Applicants must have no record of payment defaults and possess a stable, consistent income. The gross income should be at least four times the annual rent. Positive housing references are also necessary. The number of household members should reasonably correspond to the size of the apartment.

Additionally, the applicant is required to attend the apartment viewing in person to be able to accept a designated unit.
