Required documents to prepare and upload include a recent employer certificate (issued within the last three months), the last three payslips, and a family certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency (which must be requested by post and typically takes about one week to arrive). These should be uploaded under My Profile - My Documents. After the application period closes, a select number of candidates will be invited to the viewing, which is mandatory either in person or via a representative in order to be eligible for renting the apartment.
