Occupancy is available from February 1, 2026.

The requirement for applicants to have their own income aims to reduce residential segregation within Linköping. Therefore, only those with personal income can enter into agreements in the districts of Berga, Ryd, and Skäggetorp. Income from CSN student aid and pensions is also accepted as valid income.
