This residence offers three rooms plus a kitchen and includes a balcony. The bathroom is fully tiled and features a bathtub, along with a separate toilet within the unit. The kitchen is equipped with light-colored cabinets and has a dishwasher installed. After moving in, there is an option to have the kitchen painted or wallpapered at no additional cost.

The reason for requiring a personal income is an effort to decrease residential segregation in Linköping. Consequently, only individuals with their own income can enter into leases in the neighborhoods of Berga, Ryd, and Skäggetorp. Income from CSN for studies and pension is also considered valid personal income for this purpose.
