The apartment is on the third floor of a five-storey building, with a south-facing balcony and access to a lift. Grey tiled flooring runs through the hallway, while the remaining floors are parquet. In the bathroom, grey tiles cover the floor and white tiles the walls; the shower has a corner enclosure with a pivoting screen. A dishwasher and a washer-dryer combination are standard fittings and are included in the stated rent. There is no shared laundry room.

Heating is covered by the rent, but hot water is charged separately. Household electricity is also excluded and billed by the electricity company. The incoming tenant may have the living-room walls refurbished at no cost. Any such work must be ordered after moving in, and the contractor will contact you within 4 months of the order. Please take your current notice period into account: tenants with LKF have a 3-month notice period.
