Located on the first floor within the Dobben 1 block in central Haparanda, this apartment offers convenient living in a sought-after area. Tenants have access to a carport for parking, as well as a well-maintained sauna and relaxation area. We reserve the right to select tenants at our discretion and conduct credit checks on all applicants prior to signing any rental agreement.

Once the apartment is removed from the website, invitations to viewings are sent via SMS to five applicants. Following the viewing, applicants inform us if they wish to proceed, and we subsequently notify the successful candidate by phone, while those not selected receive SMS notifications. This entire process may take up to two weeks.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have no outstanding payment defaults, and hold permanent or ongoing employment verified with proper documentation showing at least seven months of income from work. Good references from previous landlords and a history of being a considerate neighbor are required. Furthermore, applicants should have an annual income at least 4.5 times the yearly rent, and the number of occupants must be reasonable relative to the apartment's size. The apartment must serve as the primary residence, with the tenant registered at the address.
