The apartment is situated on the third floor within the property known as Baljan 1. It is conveniently located just a short distance from trails for skiing and snowmobiling, as well as enjoyable forest walks. The new Kiruna city center can be reached within a 20-minute walk.

Subsequently, we will inform the successful applicant by phone, while those who were not selected but expressed interest will be notified by SMS. This process may take up to 14 days.

RENTAL POLICY: Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have no outstanding payment remarks. They need to possess permanent employment (or an indefinite contract) with documented income from employment, having been employed for a minimum of seven months. Good references from previous residences are required, along with a reputation as a considerate neighbor. The applicant's annual income must be at least 4.5 times the yearly rent. The number of occupants should be reasonable given the apartment's size. The apartment is intended as the tenant's primary residence, and the tenant must be registered at the address.
