To be eligible for a student apartment through us, you need to be enrolled in full-time studies (30 credits) specifically at LTU or YH in Luleå; enrollment at other locations does not qualify. Our student residences are intended for single occupancy only, meaning just one person may reside in each apartment.

The student units measure approximately 22 square meters and come fully furnished. Each contains a fully equipped kitchen area with a refrigerator and stove, alongside a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Included in the rent are heating, water, household electricity, basic television service from Com Hem, and internet access via Lunet's broadband service with a speed of 10 Mbit.

Additionally, a shared common room with a kitchen is located in the corridor, providing communal space for the residents.
