This well-organized and functional residence is designed primarily for students. It is located in a neighborhood adjacent to natural surroundings, yet still within easy reach of the city center. The area benefits from convenient bus connections and is close to preschools, schools, dining options, and a grocery store. The university campus, bustling with student activity, lies approximately 500 meters away.

Each student room measures around 22 square meters and comes furnished. The accommodation includes a kitchenette with a stove and refrigerator, along with a private bathroom featuring a shower and toilet. Shared living space with a kitchen is available in the corridor.

Parking spaces are available nearby, which can be reserved through the landlord's website via a queue system. Rental agreements for parking are handled separately from the apartment lease.

Student apartments here are offered on a 10-month lease basis. Laundry facilities are found in a building close to the property. The rent covers heating, water, basic TV services from Com Hem, and internet access through the landlord's broadband service providing 100 Mbps.

To qualify for housing, applicants must be enrolled in full-time studies (minimum 15 credits) at either Luleå University of Technology (LTU) or a vocational college (YH) in Luleå and must not be studying elsewhere. Each student apartment is intended for single occupancy only.

Please note that viewings are not possible for the student apartments at Porsögården. It is essential to submit your admission letter or study certificate verifying at least 15 credits via your tenant portal, and to respond with YES or NO in your personal account.
