3 room apartment of 96 m2

Amor 4 was constructed in the early 1920s based on designs by architect Björn Hedvall, showcasing the elegant style typical of the turn of the century. The building features a sturdy appearance marked by characteristic sandstone at its base and a smooth plastered facade beneath a steeply pitched gable roof adorned with dormer windows. Inside, the craftsmanship reflects exceptionally high standards. The first residents enjoyed kitchens equipped with space for refrigerators, which at the time were as novel as radios and women sporting short hairstyles. Located close to the leafy Berzeliiparken on Platensgatan as well as within convenient distance of Linköping's city center, Amor 4 stands out as one of the most centrally situated properties in the area.
