House with big garden for rent on Styrsö in the Gothenburg archipelago

We are temporarily renting out our house on Styrsö from mid-September 2025 to early August 2026. The house is located close to walking paths in nearby forest with a 10-minute walk to the sea, sauna association, Styrsö Bratten ferry terminal, preschool, school (F-9), library, health centre and Coop. Commuting to central Gothenburg just under an hour by boat and bus/tram. The house has a large garden with a trampoline, fruit trees, berry bushes, and opportunities for cultivation. It is rented partially furnished/unfurnished and has four bedrooms, two upstairs hallway areas (now used as studies), a toilet with shower, living room and large kitchen with decking. The rent is 16,000 SEK/month excluding utilities. The house has water-based heating with an air heat pump. 4G internet works well for home working with a mobile phone mast right by the house. Costs for internet, water, rubbish collection and electricity are paid separately by the tenant in addition to the rent.
