The rent does not include electricity, garbage collection, septic tank emptying or broadband/TV subscription.

The tenant is responsible for lawn mowing and snow shoveling.

Annual rental starts with 6 trial months. After that, it is possible by agreement to annually extend the rental contract. A two-month security deposit applies. The deposit is returned when moving out, provided that the accommodation is in the same condition as when moving in. The rent must be paid in advance no later than the 28th of each month.

We are looking for a reliable and responsible tenant. The accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. The accommodation is for a maximum of 2 people but not suitable for families with children.

A 10-15 minute walk to the bus that takes you to Slussen in 35 minutes.

Enkärret, a central and popular area on Ingarö, is beautifully situated with plenty of forest and wildlife, close to lakes and the ocean. The area is embedded in an idyllic atmosphere among horse pastures and cozy forest paths. Good road that works great even in heavy snowy winters. Within walking distance are three swimming-friendly lakes for lazy summer days, paddling or why not ice skating in winter. Nice sandy beach at Återvallssjön which is just as popular in summer as in winter when a skating rink is often plowed when the ice has set. There is also a nice barn where midsummer is celebrated and can be rented for private gatherings.

- instead of a short bus ride, a half hour walk through the forest or a 10-minute bike-ride will take you to the Brunn center where among other things, there is a well-stocked grocery store, pizzeria, cafe, sports field and a bus hub.
- ocean swimming and sun-bathing along sandy beaches can be reached either by bus or a fifteen-minute drive to Björkvik/Björnö nature reserve. Bistro Björkvik offers good food and a breathtaking view of Nämndöfjärden.
