The annex is situated just a five-minute walk from Höör station, offering a convenient 20-minute train connection to Lund. It resides on a quiet street only 50 meters away from Frosta Center, which hosts an ICA supermarket, a flower shop, a cheese store, and more. Höör itself is located right next to Ringsjön, with easy access to surrounding forests and nature reserves. Though the annex stands separately from our main house, it is positioned within our property boundaries. Covering an area of 63 square meters, it comprises two rooms and a kitchen. The annex underwent renovations in 2023, including an upgrade to the bathroom with a new shower. We are looking for students interested in renting; the space suits a couple ideally but can also accommodate two friends thanks to a sleeping alcove in the living room. Ten- or twelve-month rental periods per year are available, providing some flexibility. Included amenities consist of a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer.

Heating is provided by direct electric heating along with an air source heat pump. The average monthly heating expense is estimated at 2,500 SEK, which means costs will be higher during winter months and lower in the summer season.
