Requirements set by the landlord for prospective tenants:

Applicants must have no records of payment defaults and demonstrate a stable and continuous source of income. The gross income should amount to at least four times the annual rent. Positive tenant references are required, either from current or previous primary leases, or alternatively from a secondary lease approved by the landlord.

The number of individuals residing in the household must reasonably correspond to the size of the apartment. The applicant or their representative must have attended the property viewing in order to accept an offered rental unit. If the applicant currently occupies a residence, a notice of termination of the lease or a sales contract for a house or condominium must be provided before entering into a new rental agreement.
