I am renting out a bright and pleasant room of about 12 sqm in my well-planned 3-room apartment. The room is not a passageway and has a window that provides nice daylight.

You will have access to the kitchen, bathroom, and living room – all common areas are in very good condition and are used with order and respect.

Layout:
The apartment is modern and well-maintained. The room is rented out furnished (see pictures).

What’s included in the rent:
The rent includes everything – electricity, heating, water, and fast Wi-Fi. No extra costs.
A parking space in the garage is available for an additional fee.

Transport:
Perfect location close to the Tvärbana. Only 4 stops (about 10 min) to Ropsten and about 20 min to T-Centralen. Very convenient for both studies and work in the city.

Why I am renting it out:
The apartment is too big for me alone, therefore I am happy to rent out one room. I preferably seek a calm and responsible girl who values cleanliness and order.
