This apartment is situated on the top floor of the building Rosenroten 2, offering a magnificent view over the surrounding areas of Kiruna. Please submit an expression of interest, and we will contact you if a viewing becomes relevant. We reserve the right to select tenants at our discretion and conduct credit checks on all applicants prior to signing the contract.

Once the listing is removed from the website, five candidates will be invited to a viewing via SMS. After the viewing, applicants inform us whether they wish to rent the apartment. Subsequently, we notify the successful applicant by phone, while others who expressed interest but were not selected will receive notification by SMS. This procedure may take up to 14 days.

Our rental policy includes the following requirements: applicants must be at least 18 years old and free of any payment defaults. They need to hold permanent or fixed-term employment with verifiable income (well-documented, with a minimum of seven months of employment). Good references from previous housing situations and reputation as a considerate neighbor are expected. The applicant's annual income must be at least 4.5 times the yearly rent. The number of occupants should be reasonable in relation to the apartment's size. The apartment is rented as the tenant's primary residence, and the tenant must be registered at the address.
