The landlord has set specific requirements for prospective tenants:

The rental property will be available from February 1, 2026.

Applicants must have a clean credit record with no payment defaults and demonstrate a stable, continuous income. The gross income should be at least four times the annual rent. Positive references regarding previous tenancy are also required. The number of residents in the household must be reasonable in relation to the apartment's size. Additionally, the applicant is expected to have personally attended the apartment viewing in order to accept the offered unit. If the applicant currently occupies another residence, either a terminated lease agreement or sales documentation for a house or condominium must be provided before signing the new lease.

A security door will be installed, which will add a monthly fee of 145 SEK to the rent stated. The rent shown corresponds to the 2025 level, with rent negotiations for 2026 currently underway.
