Requirements from the landlord regarding prospective tenants are as follows:

Applicants must have no records of payment defaults and demonstrate a stable, continuous income. The gross income needs to be at least four times the annual rent. Strong rental references from current or previous primary lease agreements are required, or alternatively, references from a secondary lease that the landlord has approved.

The number of people living in the household should be reasonably proportional to the apartment's size. Either the applicant or a representative must have attended the apartment viewing in order to accept a designated unit. If the applicant currently occupies a residence, a terminated lease agreement or sales documents for a house or condominium must be provided before entering into a new rental contract.
