The landlord has specific criteria for prospective tenants.

A new tenant may move in starting April 1st, should they choose to do so. Applicants must have no records of payment defaults and must demonstrate stable and continuous income. The gross income is required to be at least four times the annual rent. Positive references from previous landlords are necessary. The number of people in the household must be proportional and appropriate to the size of the apartment.

The applicant is required to have personally attended the viewing of the apartment in order to be able to accept an offered rental unit. If the applicant currently occupies a residence, they must provide either a terminated lease agreement or sales documents from a villa or condominium before a new rental contract can be signed.
