Landlord's requirements for prospective tenants are as follows:

Applicants must have no records of payment defaults and demonstrate stable, long-term income. The gross income should be at least four times the annual rent. Positive references from current or previous primary tenancy agreements are required, or alternatively, a secondary lease approved by the landlord is acceptable.

The household size must be reasonable in relation to the apartment's dimensions. Either the applicant or an authorized representative must have attended the viewing of the apartment in order to accept an allocated unit. If the tenant currently occupies a residence, a terminated lease or, in the case of owning a house or condominium, sales documentation must be provided before signing a new contract.
