I want to rent out a room of 12 square meters in Gottsunda. The room is furnished with a bed, sofa, TV, wardrobe, desk and storage cabinet. The furniture can be adapted to your needs and wishes.

The apartment itself is 74 square meters and has a total of 3 rooms and a kitchen. There are 2 refrigerators and 2 freezers in the kitchen and a dishwasher. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. Laundry is done in a shared laundry room for the residential area. Internet, electricity and warm water are included in the rent. For the time being I live alone in the apartment.

Nearby there is a mall with several large grocery stores, restaurants and other shops. There is a very good bus connection to central Uppsala and there are good bicycle paths available if you prefer to travel by bike. Parking lot can be arranged if needed.

Personally I am quite relaxed and easy to get along with. I heard that I am easy to live with.
