The apartment will be available for occupancy starting May 1, 2026. Applicants must have their own income to be eligible to apply. If you are able to move in during May, there is a vacant three-room apartment with a kitchen located in Skattegården. The bathroom includes a bathtub and a washing machine, and there is a separate toilet within the unit. The kitchen features gray cupboards, a combined fridge/freezer that was installed in 2020, and also comes with a dishwasher. Ample storage space is provided through a walk-in closet and an additional storage room. The apartment offers a pleasant glazed balcony. Prior to moving in, bedroom one and the walk-in closet will be repainted, and the living room will receive a minor paint touch-up.

The reason for the requirement of having a personal income is to address residential segregation within Linköping. Therefore, only individuals with their own income can sign tenancy agreements in the districts of Berga, Ryd, and Skäggetorp. Income from CSN grants for studies or pension benefits is also considered as personal income.
