The landlord has specified certain conditions for prospective tenants. A new security door will be installed, which will result in an additional charge of 145 SEK per month added to the rent.

Applicants must have no payment defaults and demonstrate a permanent and stable income. The gross income should be at least four times the annual rent. Positive tenant references are required. The number of people living in the household must be reasonably proportionate to the apartment's size. Either the applicant or an authorized representative is required to attend the apartment viewing in order to accept a proposed rental unit. If the applicant currently holds a rental property, a terminated lease agreement or sales documentation for a house or condominium must be provided before signing a new lease.
