Due to an upcoming exchange program this autumn, I am seeking someone to sublease my apartment from June until the end of December, with some flexibility regarding the exact dates.

The apartment measures 26 square meters and consists of a spacious main room, a hallway, a bathroom, and a kitchen. It comes fully furnished, including all kitchen appliances and utensils. Situated in the student housing area called Vildanden, the location offers convenient cycling access - approximately 15 minutes to Lund University and about 8 minutes to the train station and city center (which can also be reached on foot in 20 minutes). Nearby amenities include bus stops, a grocery store just around the corner, a shopping center, and green spaces. Residents in this complex have access to shared facilities such as a study room, game room, sauna, and laundry facilities.

The rent is set at 5,200 SEK, equating to roughly 480 euros. To be eligible for subletting, applicants must be enrolled students at Lund University, earning at least 15 credits per semester, and registered in AF Bostäder's housing queue.
