Applicants must possess permanent employment (income from work), which should be well-documented and prove employment for a minimum of seven months. Good references from previous residences and conduct as a considerate neighbor are mandatory. The annual income must be at least 4.5 times the yearly rent. The number of occupants should be reasonable given the size of the apartment. The apartment is to be used as the tenant's primary residence, and the tenant must be officially registered at the address.
