Landlord requirements for prospective tenants include having no negative credit records and a stable, long-term income. The gross income must be at least four times the annual rent. Applicants are expected to provide solid tenant references from current or previous primary lease agreements, or from a secondary lease agreement approved by the landlord.

The number of people in the household should be reasonable in relation to the apartment's size. Either the applicant or their representative must have attended the apartment viewing to be eligible to accept an offered unit. If the applicant currently holds a residence, a terminated lease or proof of sale for a house or condominium must be provided before signing a new contract.

Additionally, two security doors will be installed, resulting in an extra monthly fee of 290 SEK on top of the stated rent.
