Requirements set by the landlord for prospective tenants:

Applicants must have no records of payment defaults and demonstrate a stable and ongoing source of income. The gross income should amount to at least four times the annual rent. Positive references from current or previous primary lease agreements are necessary, or alternatively, second-hand contracts that have been approved by the landlord are acceptable.

The number of occupants in the household must be reasonably proportional to the size of the apartment. Either the applicant or a representative must have attended the viewing of the property in order to accept an assigned offer. In cases where the applicant currently holds a residence, a terminated lease agreement or sales documentation for a house or condominium must be provided before signing a new contract.
