We reserve full discretion in selecting tenants. Prior to signing any contract, credit checks will be conducted on all prospective tenants. Once the listing is removed from the website, we invite five applicants to a viewing via SMS. After the viewing, candidates must inform us if they wish to rent the apartment. Following this, the successful applicant will be notified by phone, while others who expressed interest but were not selected will be informed by SMS. This procedure may take up to 14 days in total.

Regarding our rental policy, applicants must be at least 18 years old and must not have any outstanding payment remarks. Employment must be permanent or indefinite with documented proof, demonstrating a minimum of seven months of employment. Applicants should have favorable references from previous residences and be regarded as good neighbors. The annual income must be at least 4.5 times the yearly rent. Additionally, the number of occupants must be reasonable according to the apartment's size. The apartment is intended to serve as the primary residence for the tenant, who must also be officially registered at the address.
