1 room on 15 m2

One of the current roommates is moving in with her boyfriend, so the room will become available starting October 1st. The apartment is shared with two other women and three lovely British Shorthair cats, meaning a fondness for cats is essential. Previous tenants and current residents can provide excellent references. Located in Värpinge, Lund, the area boasts beautiful natural surroundings while still being close to the city center. A bus stop is situated just 40 meters from the residence and offers a roughly 13-minute ride, although cycling is typically quicker.
