This is one of Mimer's youth apartments, available to applicants aged 18 to 27. Although it was originally intended for students, it is also rented to young people in that age range. The apartment is in a student building, so the neighbouring residents are likely to be students.

Located in the popular Oxbacken area, the property is close to a grocery store, a pharmacy and Västerås city centre. Residents have access to a shared terrace, a communal laundry room and storage in the basement. Parking is available for a fee.

Rent is charged for 10 months of the year, with June and July rent-free. Heating, hot water and electricity are included in the rent; the tenant must arrange an internet subscription. The apartment is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
