The apartment is situated within the property known as Baljan 1. If you are interested, please submit an application, and we will reach out to you should a viewing become relevant. We reserve the right to select tenants at our discretion. Prior to signing any contract, credit checks will be conducted on all prospective tenants.

Once the apartment is removed from the website, invitations for viewings are sent via SMS to five applicants. Following the viewing, applicants must inform us if they wish to rent the apartment. We then notify the successful candidate by phone, while those who expressed interest but were not selected receive a message via SMS. This entire process may take up to fourteen days.

The rental policy stipulates that applicants must be at least 18 years old and have no adverse credit history. They are required to possess a permanent or indefinite employment contract with documented proof of income from employment, having worked for at least seven months. Positive references from previous housing and good neighborly conduct are necessary. An applicant's annual income must be at least 4.5 times the annual rent. The number of occupants should be reasonable relative to the apartment's size. The apartment is intended as the tenant's primary residence, and the tenant must be registered as residing at the address.
