Requirements set by the landlord for prospective tenants include no outstanding payment defaults and a stable, ongoing income. The gross income must be at least four times the annual rent. Applicants are expected to provide solid references from previous housing arrangements. The number of people living in the household should be reasonably proportionate to the size of the apartment.

It is mandatory for the applicant to have attended the apartment viewing in order to accept an assigned unit. If the applicant currently resides in a rented property, a termination notice for the lease or sales documentation for a house or condominium must be provided before signing a new contract.

A security door will be added, which incurs an additional monthly charge of 145 SEK on top of the stated rent. The rent amount specified corresponds to the rates for the year 2026, and negotiations for the 2027 rent have not yet been finalized.
