This apartment in Örnäset, Luleå, is currently undergoing extensive renovation, including a new kitchen, contemporary materials and modern amenities. The bathroom was renovated a few years ago and already has a modern, functional standard; it is not part of the current renovation. The new kitchen will have beige HTH cabinet fronts and stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher, induction hob, fan-assisted oven and built-in microwave. Apartments with one to three rooms will also have a combined fridge and freezer. Walls, ceilings and woodwork will be painted white, and oak parquet flooring will be laid in every room. New wardrobes and a security door will be installed. The apartment has a balcony.

Örnäset is a popular residential area close to green spaces, with good bus connections and walking and cycling routes to central Luleå. Nearby amenities include Aronsbadet, a boules court, a skatepark and playgrounds. Örnäset centre has a grocery store, restaurants, a gym, a school and other everyday services. The building has a lift, and laundry facilities are available either in the building or in a neighbouring property. Rent includes heating and water, TV with the basic channel package, and the landlord's basic internet service at 100 Mbit. Household electricity is charged separately. Parking spaces are available in the area and must be booked separately through the landlord's website, subject to the applicable queue system; the parking agreement is separate from the residential tenancy agreement.
